Return & Replacement Policy

At Myamor, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before being shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Personal preference
  • Minor variations that are inherent to handmade products

All purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photographs showing the damage

Proof of damage is required for all replacement requests.

Replacements

If, after review, we determine that your item was damaged during transit or arrived with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Customers may be asked to return the damaged item before a replacement is issued.

Once the damaged item has been received and inspected, your replacement will be prepared and shipped.
